After signing up, you'll complete a deep-dive fertility evaluation. Based on your responses, our team will recommend a personalized set of lab tests. You have the option to opt-out of certain tests if desired.

What is the cost of the lab testing services?

Our service fee is built in to the package price for your labs, which includes the fertility evaluation and lab orders. The package price includes all lab test fees and is out-of-pocket, but we pass on our lowest pricing to you (often comparable to insurance co-pays.)

Are the lab tests covered by insurance?

Our lab tests are out-of-pocket expenses and cannot be run through insurance. However, our pricing is competitive, and customers typically find the costs comparable to insurance co-pays.

How do I prepare for the lab tests?

Preparation varies depending on the test. Once your lab orders are determined, we'll provide you with specific instructions for each test, such as fasting requirements or medication considerations.

Where can I get the lab tests done?

How long does it take to get the results?

Results are typically available within a few days to a week after testing. You'll receive a notification when your results are posted to your online portal.

What happens after I receive my results?

Once your results are in, they will be uploaded to your online portal with interpretations. We recommend taking these results to your doctor to discuss the next steps. If you need further support, consider our membership for doctor-managed fertility guidance.

What if my test results are normal but I'm still experiencing issues?

If your test results are normal but you continue to face fertility challenges, we recommend discussing next steps with your healthcare provider. Our service can also provide additional guidance through our membership program, which includes doctor management of your fertility.

Is there support available to help me understand my results?

Yes, interpretations of your results are included and posted to your online portal. For more detailed support and to discuss potential fertility protocols, consider joining our membership, which includes comprehensive management of your fertility and lab results by our doctors.
